Brand truths and knowledge base

The facts PostKing writes from, and how to add, correct and remove them.

Generated content is only as accurate as what PostKing knows about you. Two places hold it.

Brand truths

Brand Truths (/dashboard/brands/<brandId>/brand-truth) lists short, specific facts about the brand: hard facts, audience truths, strategy notes, things not to say, and topics. They start from your website and grow as you add to them.

  • Add: describe the facts in plain language. PostKing decides which become stored truths and which it skips, and tells you.
  • Correct: describe the correction in plain language. You do not edit the stored text directly.
  • Pin: pin or unpin a truth to mark it as important.
  • Delete: removes a truth and stops it being suggested again. You can restore it.

Knowledge base

Knowledge (/dashboard/brands/<brandId>/knowledge) holds longer material: product sheets, policies, case studies, FAQs. Add an item with a name and content, tag it, and turn it on or off. Creation finishes in the background.

Audience

Audience DNA (/dashboard/brands/<brandId>/audience-review/chapters) describes who you sell to. It is mined from your site during onboarding and can be edited with plain-language instructions.

Tips

  • Add pricing rules, claims you can and cannot make, and regulatory wording as truths.
  • Remove anything outdated before generating at volume.
  • Competitors you track live under Competitors (/dashboard/brands/<brandId>/competitors).
