How to reach the PostKing team through Vera, and what to include.
Ask Vera for a person, or describe the problem and Vera will offer to pass it on.
How it works
- Tell Vera what is wrong or what you need. Include the page or the action, and any error text.
- Vera asks how you want to be reached:
- this chat
- WhatsApp (your number)
- Telegram (your handle)
- email (your address)
- Vera sends your question, a short summary and your chosen contact method to the team.
- The team replies through the method you picked.
Include
- The brand name.
- What you expected and what happened.
- The error message, if any.
