Publications and blog articles

A publication is a blog. Articles belong to a publication, and each content language has its own publication.

1. Open Publications (/dashboard/brands/<brandId>/publications).
2. Create one and set its title and description.
3. Open its settings (/dashboard/brands/<brandId>/publications/<publicationId>/settings) for layout and domain routing.

If a brand has two or more publications, an article must say which one it goes to.

• From the SEO pipeline: the usual path. See Keyword research to article.
• One-off: generate an article from a topic in Blogs (/dashboard/brands/<brandId>/blogs), optionally in a saved voice.
• Import: bring existing articles in from an RSS feed or a Blogger URL.

Open an article to edit the title, body, SEO fields, author, category and featured image.

Authors and categoriesCopy Anchor Link

Set up Authors (/dashboard/brands/<brandId>/authors) and categories per publication. A category gets its own page at /blog/category/<slug>.

PublishCopy Anchor Link

Publish to your own domain, or schedule the article. Your articles can also be pushed to external platforms such as WordPress, Medium or Substack once a connection exists.

Free plans can preview articles but not publish to a domain. See Custom domains.
